Gin & citrus house cured Scottish salmon with fennel and asparagus salad & honey mustard dressing

 

Palate Cleanser
Passion fruit sorbet topped with prosecco

 

Main course
Scottish butler steak, truffle and parmesan twice cooked chips, sprouting broccoli, cinnamon glazed carrots with a ruby shallot jus

Sharing platter
Mini Belgium chocolate brownie, shortbread hearts, rosewater pavlovas, stardust truffles, white callebaut chocolate dipped strawberries and mini lemon possets.
